No.  You can request that a change be made but changes are not effective until you have been contacted via phone by one of our customer service representatives

Can I Report an afer hours claim through the website?
Yes but if the claim is an emergency we ask that you contact our after hours claims line at (217) 240-0894 or contact your insurance carrier direct.  Our Insurance Company links are located under "IMPORTANT LINKS".  Select your carrier and you will be directed to their website for further assistance.
